National Rural Development Association Announcement
The National Rural Development Association announced in its January 2000 newsletter that Pacific State Bank of Stockton generated $6,160,000 in USDA Business and Industry Loans.  Pacific State Bank ranked 46th in the Nation out of 383 participating banks (this was up from 114 in 1998). These totals placed Pacific State Bank 5th in the State of California.  The total number of Banks participation in the country totaled 383 in 1999.  President Steven A. Rosso of Pacific State Bank was very pleased with the Bank's growth in the USDA Loan Program.
